Put Ups is when we say nice things about friends.
If we are teased we can use or WITS, Walk away, Ignore, Talk about it (a teacher, Mum, Dad, a friend), Stop.
Have the courage to speak up for what is right.
Put downs or saying nasty things about people is not cool.
