Today is the first day of spring.  What can we find?

Water Cycle Art

Today we did some water cycle art.  It was fun.   We talked about the sun, clouds, rain, snow, lakes, rivers, and vapour.

We used lots of equipment to solve subtraction problems and we wrote number sentences using symbols and numbers.

The most popular fruit was apples. 

One person had olives. 

One person had strawberries.

4 people had bananas and mandarins.

Only one person had vegetables.

PB and Mya on an Adventure

All Blacks

On Saturday Adelayde went with her family to see the All Blacks play rugby against the Wallabies in Dunedin.  Adelayde's favourite All Black is Ben Smith.  Adelayde's favourite part was when Ben Smith got a try.   She held up a sign saying, "I love the All Blacks, Go All Blacks."

My Aunty

Aunty Emily from Australia came to see me at school.
