Sunflowers

Wow what a beautiful sunflower!  They are big yellow flowers.

Last year Team Kereru planted the seedlings in pots near our fence.

Butterfly Hunt

The monarch butterfly hatched over the weekend.

We went looking for it.

Is it in the maths area? No.

Is it with the pencil cases?  No.

Is it on the window sill?  No.

Maybe it is in the workshop!  No.  Ollie thought it might have gone out our door when 

Tracey was here.  We will ask Tracey if she saw I our butterfly.

We looked in the library, but it wasn't there either!

Happy Birthday Reuben

Today it is Reuben's birthday.  He is 5.  In the letterbox he found a parcel from Julia and 

Paige, it was a pick up truck.  Yesterday Reuben had a birthday party and had a chocolate cake with 

M and M's on it.
