MVP Natalie
Congratulations Natalie Team Kea MVP for our school value of Respect - Manaakitanga.
This is well deserved by an awesome student!!
Week 4
We let Daisy our beautiful monarch butterfly fly away in the sun.
On Monday our mum's and dad's came in and we read with them. That was very cool!
We visited Room 3 and found Wylie's mum!!
She was teaching Team Pukeko.
We visited Room 6 and the office to look at Team Kahu's awesome landscape paintings.
We were very impressed!
We looked at primary colours and how they mix to make other colours.
We found red and yellow make orange. We then painted beautiful suns.
Jack is very excited to be taking PB for an adventure!

We were upside down in the spoon then we turned it around and we were the right way up!

Monarch Butterfly
The monarch butterfly came out of the chrysalis, it is beautiful!

Hockey
Today for fitness we learnt how to use a hockey stick. We pushed the ball. We took turns and it was fun. The stick had to stay on the ground and push the ball.

Today at reading time we read words, made words and wrote them.
We helped each other.
Data
Today we counted cars at the gate as they drove past. We were looking at the colours.
There were different colours; green, blue, white, red, silver, brown, black and yellow.
The most popular colour was white. There was only one yellow car.
