Team Kea went swimming and ice skating today in Gore.  It was awesome!

Week 2, Term 3, 2014

This morning we were learning about Firewise with Lachie's Dad.  If a fire alarm goes, 

get down, get low and get out fast.  Go to the safe meeting place.  You can not smell 

smoke when you are asleep.  Call 111 after you are out.  You must stay out.  Mr Shepherd 

showed us a DVD of a fire in a house.  The smoke was black and there was lots of it.  

Leave your toys.  You can always buy new toys.  If you don't have a smoke alarm you won't 

know there is a fire.

Week 1, Term 3, 2014

We now keep the lunch heat up and lunch order box in 

our room and the year 6 students collect it.  

Any other notices or payments go in the notice box 

and it is also collected.  

Week 10, Term , 2014

Mr McKenzie came to school and he helped us with our awesome kiwi pastel art. 

We shared our writing at Celebration Time.
