Week 9, Term 4

WOW, we had lots of fun with the parachute from
Sports Southland!

We are always very proud to celebrate our learning.
We know how important it is to be 'Confident,
Connected, Life-Long Learners' at Edendale
Primary School.

Ben is our MVP because he displays our
learning and character values as a Team Kea
learner.  Well done Ben!

We had a visit from the Southland District Council Library
lady to tell us about the Summer Reading Kids Challenge.
It is very important we keep 'learning fit' over the school
holidays by reading everyday.

Skipping is fun and we have all learnt some great skills at
fitness this term.

Team Kea students were all cats for our Copycat Rap item
at our concert.  It was such fun.  We all enjoyed being
dressed up and having our faces painted.  What a nice
way to finish an awesome year!

Week 8, Term 4

We have really enjoyed having Paddington Bear (also known
as P.B.) in our team.  P.B. has been on lots of adventures
with all of us.  We have taken photos of him and written
stories about him to share.  We have read lots of Paddington
Bear books and know lots about P.B.'s adventures in London.
Mrs Pask has got some beautiful Paddington Bear books in
our library for us to enjoy.

This week we have been down at the Activity Centre as
we get ready for our concert next week.  Our Team Tui BIG
Buddies walked with us.  All of the
classes have awesome items to share.  It was fun.

It was nice and sunny on Monday for the triathlon.  We
enjoyed sitting at the finish line to cheer on all of the
runners.  We can't wait until it is our turn to have a go!!!
It was fun watching.

Week 7, Term 4

Team Kea taught all of the other students at
Edendale Primary School how to do some
cool Jump Jam moves!

On Friday Team Kea and Team Kiwi got together to do
some singing.  Mrs Anderson is a very clever guitar player!

We are all walking tall because we are walking like a giraffe.

We also got down low and slid like a seal.  It was fun.
